Changes are coming to WGH Emergency Department
Due to construction on the new Mental Wellness Unit, the emergency entrance is temporarily closed. Patients and visitors must use the main hospital entrance and follow floor signage on your route to the Emergency Department.
As this entrance will become busier, we ask anyone with booked appointments to allow extra time when visiting WGH during this time.
The emergency entrance will be closed until late spring 2024.
